Global research of how digital strategy is being developed and deployed across all levels of government
This project involved desk research, interviews with government officials from various countries, and analysis to understand the development and deployment of digital strategies. The research aimed to provide Japanese public officials with insights into global digital strategies and the challenges they face. The project resulted in a publicly available report and presentations for the Digital Agency in Japan. The findings highlighted the importance of addressing organizational issues for improving Japanese productivity and innovation.
